Jessica utilizes her considerable strategic transaction and investment experience to counsel individuals and families in estate planning, charitable gift planning, and complex wealth transfer strategies including family business succession entities and qualified personal residence trusts.
Prior to joining Anderson Yazdi, Jessica was an Associate in the Corporate Department of Hogan Lovells where she assisted clients in corporate and commercial matters, including entity formation, the full life cycle of portfolio investments and business ventures, the execution of complex financial and lending transactions, fund formations, and compliance with federal securities and stock exchange rules.
